  • Created a project timeline and drafted expected research, design, and development methods
  • Delegated and managed each teammate's work through continued communication
  • Brainstormed 6 research findings and 10 design implications based on observation and interviews with 6 blind participants
  • Generated design ideas and worked with team to refine and develop best idea
  • Led service redesign initiative to innovate employee facilitation of grocery process for the blind
